These terms govern your use of the mobile game Sky Bounce, operated by WhyPlanet. By installing or playing the game you agree to these terms. Effective date: September 27, 2026 (first effective July 3, 2026).
The game starts with an anonymous guest account. You may link an Apple or Google account to protect your progress. You can delete your account at any time in Account settings (see Account Deletion). Your nickname is shown publicly on leaderboards and in PvP; offensive or infringing nicknames are not allowed and may be changed or restricted.
In-game currencies (coins, gems) have no real-world value and can only be used in the game. In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), and refunds follow the refund policy of the store you purchased from — please request refunds through Apple or Google Play. The game may contain ads; rewarded-ad features depend on ad availability. Deleting your account permanently removes all virtual items.
Cheating, manipulating game data, exploiting bugs, or interfering with the service may result in account suspension without prior notice. Contact us to appeal.
We may modify game content at any time and may discontinue the service with prior notice where feasible. The game requires an internet connection.
The game is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
