모바일 게임 Sky Bounce의 계정과 관련 데이터는 언제든 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다.

1. 게임 안에서 직접 삭제 (권장 — 즉시 처리)

  1. 게임 실행 → 홈 화면 상단의 메뉴(☰) 버튼
  2. 계정 설정 → 계정 삭제 선택
  3. 확인 문구에 동의하면 삭제가 진행됩니다

삭제 즉시 서버에서 계정 식별자, 닉네임, 소셜 로그인 연동 정보, 게임 진행 데이터(점수·재화·스킨·업적), 클라우드 저장 데이터가 영구 파기되며 복구할 수 없습니다. 인앱 구매 영수증 원본은 Apple/Google이 각사 방침에 따라 별도 보관합니다.

2. 이메일로 삭제 요청

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우 support@whyplanet.net으로 아래 정보를 보내 주세요. 확인 후 지체 없이 처리해 드립니다.

3. 삭제되는 데이터와 보관 기간

Account Deletion (English)

You can permanently delete your Sky Bounce account and associated data at any time.

1. Delete In-Game (Recommended — Immediate)

  1. Launch the game → tap the menu (☰) button at the top of the home screen
  2. Select Account → Delete Account
  3. Confirm the prompt to proceed

Deletion immediately and permanently erases your account identifier, nickname, social sign-in links, game progress (scores, currency, skins, achievements), and cloud save data from our servers. This cannot be undone. Original purchase receipts are retained separately by Apple/Google under their own policies.

2. Request by Email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@whyplanet.net with your in-game nickname (or the Apple/Google account email you linked) and the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process it promptly after verification.
